ZHANZHANIT SUKHA JAWLA (dried baby shrimp)

Ingredients 

  • 500 gms sukha jawla, washed well

  • 3-4 onions, sliced

  • 1-2 green chillies 

  • Small piece of Ginger, chopped

  • 2-3 cloves of Garlic, chopped

  • Coriander 

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder 

  • 1 tbsp Shilpas Masala Mill Agri Koli Masala 

  • 2-3 tbsp Oil 

  • Water 

  • Pinch of sugar 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Heat oil in a pan 

  • Add onions 

  • Add chillies, ginger, garlic and mix well 

  • Sauté until onions turn slightly brown 

  • Add salt and jawla

Mix well 

  • Add water to cook if needed 

  • Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes 

  • Add the powdered masalas and sugar

  • Cook for another 5 minutes 

  • Adjust seasoning 

  • Add chopped coriander and that’s it, your Sukha jawla is ready 

  • Enjoy with bhakris, rice
