This helps the tutti frutti to be evenly spread out in the cake and avoids sinking at the bottom In a medium bowl mix together Dahi and sugar. Combine it wellNow add baking soda and baking powder and leave it aside for 5-10 minsAdd vanilla extract, a pinch of salt and oil to the Dahi mixNow add the maida ( slowly in batches) Mix well with spatula Do not overmix Add the tutti frutti and raisin mix Combine it wellPour the batter in a greased loaf pan Bake at 180c for 45-50 mins or until tooth pick inserted in centre comes out clean Remove from oven and cool the cake on a cooling rack Cut into slices and that’s it.. your delicious, soft vegetarian Tutti Frutti cake is ready Enjoy with Tea/ coffee Enjoy!
