Grease a 9-inch loaf cake pan and pour the batter in it

 Bake for 40-45 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean

  • 1tbsp cornstarch

  • 1cup milk

  • 2drops ube extract 

  • 1tbsp butter

  • mix everything except butter in a pan

Heat up the mix on low stirring it frequently Mixture should thicken

Remove from fire and add butterMix wellLet it cool down completely LETS ASSEMBLE Pour the topping sauce over the Ube Loaf cake
