Mix together the eggs, mayonnaise and schezwan sauce
Add other ingredients except for green chutney
Adjust seasoning
Put green chutney on one bread slice and schezwan sauce on the other bread slice
Add the egg mixture in between the slices
Smear butter on the bread slice and place it to toast on a hot griddle or tavaa with the butter side down
Once it’s golden on that side carefully flip it around
Toast both sides until golden
Remove, slice and you are done
Your delicious schezwan egg toast sandwich is ready
