RED CHICKEN HYDERABADI ChickenCurriesIndian Recipes 29 Apr Written By Shilpa Anand INGREDIENTS FOR MARINATION 500 gms chicken ,cut 2tsp ginger garlic paste 1-2 tbsp Tomato purée ½ tsp Caraway seeds 1tbsp Tomtato ketchup 1tsp light soya sauce 1tsp green chilli sauce or red chilli sauce ¼ tsp turmeric powder1tsp coriander powder 1tsp Shilpa’s Masala Mill Kashmiri chilli powder 1tsp chicken masala I tbsp kasoori Methi Salt ¼ tsp Shilpa’s Masala Mill Garam Masala 100 gms Dahi ( beaten) 3-4 tbsp Cashew , almond and roasted dry coconut paste ¼ cup fried onion, crushed (1-2 onions) ½ lemon juice or ½ tbsp vinegar Red food colour ( optional) INSTRUCTIONS: mix everything well Leave to marinate for 2-3 hrs OTHER INGREDIENTS2-3 tbsp oil3-4 green cardamom 2-3 cloves Chopped coriander leaves Few Chopped mint leaves 3-4 green chillies ½ tsp black pepper powder INSTRUCTIONS heat oil in kadhai Add cardamom and cloves Add the marinated chicken and fry on med high for 4-5 mins Add coriander leaves, mint and green chillies Fry for 1-2 mins Cover and simmer on low flame for 5-8 mins Add black pepper powder and cook for 2-3 mins on low and until chicken is cooked Add chopped coriander leaves and continue to fry for 1-2 mins Add fresh cream ( optional) and cook for 1-2 mins That’s it , your delicious red chicken hyderabadi is ready Serve with naans, Rotis,parathasSPICE LEVEL:🌶🌶 Shilpa Anand
