INGREDIENTS FOR PIZZA MIXTURE 

  • 1cup of coloured bell peppers, diced 

  • ½ cup boiled sweet corn 

  • ½ cup Pizza sauce 

  • Salt to taste 

  • Paneer( optional) 

  • Little onion and garlic ( optional ) 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Sauté the above in little olive oil and keep aside for use later 

INGREDIENTS FOR WHITE SAUCE PASTA 

  • 2 tbsp butter 

  • 2 tbsp maida 

  • 1.5-2 cups Milk 

  • Salt to taste 

  • Black pepper to taste 

  • Chilli flakes

  • Mixed herbs 

  • Spinach, roughly chopped

  • 1cup boiled Penne pasta 

  • Cheese( processed or any of your choices) 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • heat butter in a pan 

  • Add flour and mix well making sure the colour of the flour does not change 

  • Add milk slowly ( in batches) and whisk well ( avoid lumps) 

  • Add spinach, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and mixed herbs 

  • Add pasta and cheese and cook for 1-2 minutes 

  • The white sauce Pasta is ready 

  • Keep aside to use later

Let’s ASSEMBLE THE SANDWICH

WE NEED

  • 8 slices of bread 

  • Mozzarella cheese 

instructions 

  • Place pizza mixture on one slice of bread 

  • Grate some mozzarella cheese over it place another bread slice over it and press slightly 

  • Spread white sauce pasta on it and grate some cheese over it too

sprinkle with chilli flakes

Bake them in a lined baking tray at 180c for 8-10 mins or until cheese has melted on the surface

That’s it, remove, cut and enjoy your delicious vegetarian Pizza pasta sandwich
