Add water if needed Heat oil in a kadhai Add little cumin seeds and curry leaves Add the ground paste and fry Add turmeric, misal masala and fry for a few minutes Add the boiled black peas( reserve some to grind and use later.. this thickens the gravy ) Fry for a few minutes Add hot water and cover and simmer for a few minutes ( 7-10 minutes) Add coriander leaves Thats it, your black peas misal is readyAdd some chopped onions,coriander leaves and sevServe hot with pav.
