INGREDIENTS for coarse grinding 

  • 6-7 paan leaves 

  • 2-3 tbsp gulkand 

  • Pinch of peppermint 

  • CANNED cherries 

  • 1-2 dates

  • Few almond

  • Few pistachios 

  • Few cashews 

  • Cardamom powder 

  • 1-2 drops Green food colour 

  • Few Tutti frutti 

  • 1tsp Fennel seed 

OTHER INGREDIENTS for basic Kulfi 

  • 1cup whipping cream 

  • ½ cup condensed milk 

  • 1cup evaporated milk 

  • 1bread slice , white ,torn into pieces 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Blend together condensed milk, evaporated milk, bread  and whipping cream 

  • ADD the coarse ground ingredients to the liquid mixture 

  • Mix or blend another 1-2 times

  • Now transfer into mounds or container 

  • Freeze overnight 

  • That’s it , your unbelievably delicious Paan kulfi is ready 

  • Remove , cut and enjoy
