Sieve all the dry ingredients and add to batter

Mix well with hand whisk

Pour into a 7 inch greased rectangle pan 

  • Bake in preheated oven at 180 c for 25-30 mins

Remove and poke holes with skewer on the whole cake 

  • Mix the 3 kinds of milk to prepare the 3 milk mixture 

  • Now pour this mixture onto the warm cake

Let first layer get absorbed then add the remaking liquid 

  • Leave to cool in fridge for 3-4 hours or overnight 

  • Now whisk the whipping cream to stiff peaks with vanilla essence and icing sugar

  • Frost the whole cake ,smoothen the surface

Cut off edges, chill cake fir another hour 

  • Remove , cut and enjoy

  • Top it off with any fruit of your choice ( optional) 

  • I’ve used mangoes today
