I used white sugar as I love the lavender color) ½ cup cooked sagoINSTRUCTIONSHeat water in a deep pot Add a pinch of salt Add yam and sweet potato and boil it for a few mins (70 % done) on low flame Add bananas Mix together the glutinous rice flour and water to make a soft dough-like consistency. Break off small dough and make into round balls Add the small round rice balls into the boiling pot Add tapioca pearls and jackfruit Add coconut milk and sugar Continue to boil for 3-4 mins until rice balls float to the surface and everything is soft and cookedAdjust seasoning And that’s it, your super easy and tasty GINATAANG BILO BILO is ready Serve hot or coldEnjoy Shilpa Anand
