  • 1tsp cumin seeds

  • 1tbsp sesame seeds

  • 1-2 tbsp peanuts or walnuts, coarsely crushed

  • Chopped coriander leaves

  • ½ cup grated fresh coconut

  • ½-1 tsp sugar

  • 1-2 green chilies 

  • 10-12 fresh mint leaves, chopped

  • 1tbsp coriander powder

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1tsp red chili powder 

  • ¼ tsp mango powder or lemon juice 

  • Salt to taste

  • Pinch of hing

  • 2-3 tbsp oil 

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Heat oil in a pan 

  • Add cumin seeds and hing  and allow them to splutter

  • Add chopped green chili

  • Add sesame seeds

Add tendli and fry for 1-2 mins Cover and cook for few minsMix together in a bowl the peanuts, coriander, coconut, mint leaves, salt, and sugar.

Fry for 3-4 mins more

Add the previously prepared masala to the tendli. Add the mango powder
