  • Cornstarch 

  • 50 gms Cabbage, cut

  • ½ onion, chopped 

  • ¼ cup Bell peppers, cut 

  • ¼ cup Carrot, cut

  • Spring onion chopped

  • Coriander, chopped

  • 1tsp garlic paste 

  • 1-2 tbsp Schezwan sauce 

  • 1 tsp Chilli sauce ( green or red) 

  • 1tbsp Soya sauce 

  • 1tsp Vinegar 

  • 1tsp Tomato ketchup

  • Salt

  • Pepper 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • coat the boiled Hakka noodles with cornstarch and fry them until golden brown

Heat oil in a pan and add garlic. Fry for 15-20 secs only Add all vegetables and fry for a min on med-high Add sauces and condiments Fry for 1minAdd fried noodles
