EGG MASALA SANDWICH EggsSandwichesIndian RecipesTea time snackBreakfast 30 Jan Written By Shilpa Anand INGREDIENTS 5-6 boiled eggs, chopped1-2 tbsp Oil 2 med onions, chopped1tbsp ginger garlic paste 1-2 green chillies2med tomatoes, choppedSalt to taste1tbsp red chilli powder1tbsp coriander powder1tsp Shilpa’s Masala Mill Garam Masala ¼ tsp chaat masalaFresh coriander, chopped¼ cup bell peppers, chopped Bread slicesTomato slicesCheeseLettuce Green ChutneyRed chilli garlic chutney Onion slices( optional) INSTRUCTIONSheat oil in a pan and add onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 mins Add green chillies, tomatoes, and fry until tomatoes are softened Add bell peppers and all powdered masalas and cook for 2-3 mins Add boiled eggs and sauté for 2-3 mins Adjust seasoning and garnish with coriander leaves. Your egg masala is ready Spread green chutney on one slice Place the egg mixture on it and close the sandwich with another slice of bread. Add tomatoes, onion, cheese on top of that 2nd slice Now spread red chutney on 2 nd slice and close the sandwich Spread butter on top and bottom slices and toast until golden brown and crisp Slice and serve hot with chutneys Enjoy SPICE LEVEL:🌶🌶 Shilpa Anand
