  • ¼ tsp ajwain ( carrom seeds)

  • 1tbsp oil

  • Salt to taste

  • ½ -1tsp sugar

  • Chopped coriander 

  • Chopped green garlic( optional) 

  • 1tbsp malai or cream  ( Dahi can be used instead of or increase the amount of oil if not using Dahi or malai) 

  • Ghee
