PULL APART NUTELLA BREAD Western recipesdessertsbread 18 Jan Written By Shilpa Anand INGREDIENTS 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour (310 gms) ½ tsp salt 1tbsp sugar¾ cup warm milk1small egg, beaten 15 g fresh yeast or 1 ¼ tsp active dry yeast 2 tbsp softened butter (30gms) 150 gms Nutella INSTRUCTIONSAdd flour in a large bowl Add salt and mix well Mix together sugar, egg, butter and milk Add yeast to the milk mix and dissolve Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl Cover and rest dough in a greased bowl for 1 hour( keep in a warm area)until it doubles in size Punch hole to remove air and knead Add dry flour to a flat surface and flatten with a rolling pin to form a rectangle Spread Nutella evenly Cut into 6 long strips Stack 3 strips on top of each other so that you have 2 stacks of 3 strips each Cut each stack into 4 smaller stacks Layer the stacks into a greased parchment paper-lined loaf pan(9x5 inches) Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 30 mins Brush the bread with beaten egg Bake in a preheated oven at 350f or 180c for 15-20mins until golden brown Enjoy Shilpa Anand
