Fry for few mins Add ginger garlic paste and fry Add tomato and continue to fry Add coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric , everyday masala and goda masala Add the kokum Now add potatoes and brinjals Add the fried prawns and salt Fry for 1-2 mins Add water and cover and cook until done Fry for few more mins Garnish with coriander leaves SPICE LEVEL:🌶🌶 Shilpa Anand
