  • 1cup yogurt, beaten

  • 1tsp garam masala

  • 1tsp red chilli powder

  • 1tsp chilli flakes

  • 1tsp cumin powder

  • 1tsp coriander powder

  • 1tsp Kashmiri chilli powder

  • 1tsp Salt 

  • 1tsp lemon juice 

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1tsp Ginger paste 

  • 1tsp Garlic paste

  • 1kg boneless chicken

  • 1-2tbsp oil  

  • (1piece charcoal for smoking )

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Marinate the chicken and leave aside for 1 hr

  • 1tbsp garlic, chopped 

  • 2cups Rice washed, soaked 

  • ½ tsp salt 

  • Coriander leaves, chopped 

  • 1tsp chicken powder 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • heat oil in a pot 

  • Add garlic and chilli flakes and fry for 1 min

  • Add rice, chicken powder, salt and water
