DRAGON CHILLI MUSHROOMS
INGREDIENTS
cabbage, chopped
Coloured bell peppers, chopped
Onion, chopped
Spring onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
½ tsp Soya sauce
½ tsp Schezwan sauce
1 tbsp maida
1 tbsp cornflour
Mushrooms
Onion,capsicum,cubed,diced
2 tsp Garlic, chopped fine
Few Dry red chillies, cut
Few cashews
Soya sauce
Ketchup
2-3 tbsp Schezwan sauce
Sugar or honey
Tempura flour for slurry
Salt and white pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the cabbage, onion, bell peppers, salt, pepper, soya sauce, spring onion, Schezwan sauce, maida and cornflour
Stuff this mixture into the mushrooms
Dip in tempura batter slurry and fry them
To make the sauce, heat oil in a pan
Add dry red chillies, cashews garlic, coloured capsicum and onion
Add Schezwan sauce, ketchup, salt, water, pepper, soya sauce, honey
Add water and simmer for 1-2 minutes
Add the fried mushrooms to the sauce, mix well
That’s it, your delicious Vegan Dragon Chilli Mushrooms is ready
Serve hot with fried rice, noodles
