1 bunch methi, washed and cut

1 tsp Cumin seeds
4-5 cloves

INSTRUCTIONS
heat oil in a kadhai
add nuts, whole spices, ginger, garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes
Add onions and fry for 7-8 minutes
