Cream the sugar and butter
Add all other dry ingredients
Mix to form a dough ( if the dough is too dry add 1-2 tsp of milk)
Cover and chill for ½ hour
Divide into 18-20 equal parts
Roll into a cookie shape and slightly flatten them
Then gently coat them in desiccated coconut
Transfer to a baking tray
Bake at 170 c for 15-17 mins( until golden)
Leave on a rack to cool
