It can be enjoyed with Rotis or can even be enjoyed as a chaat.INGREDIENTS7-10 Arbi ( colocassia roots, boiled and peeled) ½ cup rice flour 1medium onion chopped2-3 green chillies10 -12 curry leaves½ tsp coriander powder ½ tsp cumin powder 1tsp chaat masala1-2 tsp red chilli powder 1-2 tsp of coriander chutney ( recipe in another blog)2-3 tbsp oil NOTE: In the picture above I’ve only used 5-6 Arbi . I’ve adjusted the ingredients accordingly for the recipeINSTRUCTIONSHeat 1-2 tbsp oil in pan Flatten the boiled Arbi gently with your palmIn a plate add the rice flour and salt. Mix wellAdd Arbi to the flour mixture and coat well Shallow fry Arbi until golden and crisp Remove and keep aside for use laterIn another kadhai , heat up 1-2 tbsp oilAdd curry leaves and onionFry for few min until onions turn slight golden colour Add green chillies Add saltMix wellFry for 1-2 minsNow add the Arbi Add powdered spices Sauté gently until masala coats the Arbi Add chutney and mix well Fry for another 1-2 minGarnish with coriander leavesYour delicious spicy , CHATPATI ARBI is ready to be served hot Shilpa Anand
