KURKURI PALAK

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3cups spinach leaves ( no stems), washed, dried and finely sliced

  • ¼ cup Cornflour

  • ½ tbsp Garlic chopped

  • ½ tbsp Ginger chopped

  • 2 fresh Red chilies, sliced

  • 1-2 tbsp Soya sauce

  • ¼ tbsp vinegar 

  • 1-2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  • In a bowl toss together the sliced spinach and cornflour

  • Heat oil in a pan 

  • Deep Fry the spinach in batches on the med-high flame ( only takes a min )

  • Drain and keep aside

  • In another pan heat up a tbsp of oil 

  • Add ginger, garlic, red chilies and sauté for 1-2 mins 

  • Add soya sauce, vinegar 

  • Carefully add the fried spinach and toss for a min. Add salt if necessary.

  • And that’s it, in less than 10 mins your delicious KURKURI PALAK IS READY 

  • Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy
