KURKURI PALAK August 29, 2020 Shilpa Anand INGREDIENTS:3cups spinach leaves ( no stems), washed, dried and finely sliced ¼ cup Cornflour½ tbsp Garlic chopped½ tbsp Ginger chopped2 fresh Red chilies, sliced1-2 tbsp Soya sauce¼ tbsp vinegar 1-2 tbsp toasted sesame seedsOil for fryingInstructions:In a bowl toss together the sliced spinach and cornflour Heat oil in a pan Deep Fry the spinach in batches on the med-high flame ( only takes a min ) Drain and keep asideIn another pan heat up a tbsp of oil Add ginger, garlic, red chilies and sauté for 1-2 mins Add soya sauce, vinegar Carefully add the fried spinach and toss for a min. Add salt if necessary.And that’s it, in less than 10 mins your delicious KURKURI PALAK IS READY Garnish with sesame seeds and enjoy
