¼ cup Cornflour½ tbsp Garlic chopped½ tbsp Ginger chopped2 fresh Red chilies, sliced1-2 tbsp Soya sauce¼ tbsp vinegar 1-2 tbsp toasted sesame seedsOil for fryingInstructions:In a bowl toss together the sliced spinach and cornflour
