HEARSCH BAKERY INSPIRED - CHICKEN ROLL
INGREDIENTS
2chicken breasts, boiled and shredded
Few leaves of lettuce
½ cup Mayonnaise ( use less or more according to your taste)
1tbsp mustard seeds ( I mixed black and yellow mustard)
1-2 tbsp sugar
Black pepper to taste
4 hot dog buns
INSTRUCTIONS
Grind together sugar and mustard seeds to get coarse powder
Take mayonnaise and mix the shredded chicken and the mustard/ sugar powder
Add black pepper and mix well
Take a bun and smear mayonnaise in it
Place a lettuce leaf and add the chicken mayo mix in it
That’s it , your super easy and delicious Chicken Roll is ready
