SCHEZWAN EGG SANDWICHES January 23, 2021 Shilpa Anand INGREDIENTS4bread slices 2tbsp Schezwan sauce 2 tbsp green chutney 2 boiled eggs, peeled and roughly chopped ½ onion chopped1-2 tbsp mayonnaise Coriander leaves, choppedSaltPepper½ tsp Pav bhaji masala or chaat masala( optional) ¼ th Capsicum, cutButter for toasting sandwich INSTRUCTIONSMix together the eggs, mayonnaise and schezwan sauce Add other ingredients except for green chutney Adjust seasoning Put green chutney on one bread slice and schezwan sauce on the other bread slice Add the egg mixture in between the slices Smear butter on the bread slice and place it to toast on a hot griddle or tavaa with the butter side down Once it’s golden on that side carefully flip it around Toast both sides until golden Remove, slice and you are done Your delicious schezwan egg toast sandwich is ready Serve with ketchup and chutney Enjoy!SPICE LEVEL:🌶
