Healthy VEGETARIAN BANANA PANCAKES December 10, 2020 Shilpa Anand Ingredients 1ripe banana, peeled1 cup oats flour ½ cup all-purpose flour 1tbsp sugar1tbsp baking powder¼ tsp baking soda½ tsp salt1tsp cinnamon( optional)2tbsp oil1cup milkINSTRUCTIONSadd wet ingredients and banana to a blender BlendThen add dry ingredients and blend until smooth ( don’t over blend )Leave the batter to rest for 10-15 minsHeat pan to medium Grease with butter Add a ladle full of batter per pancake Leave to cook on low flame until bubbles appear on top of the pancake Flip gently and cook for another 2-3 mins And that’s it, your fluffy delicious vegetarian pancakes are ready Serve with your favourite toppings( maple syrup, cream, berry compote, bananas etc)
