Healthy VEGETARIAN BANANA PANCAKES

Ingredients

  • 1ripe banana, peeled

  • 1 cup oats flour 

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour 

  • 1tbsp sugar

  • 1tbsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp baking soda

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1tsp cinnamon( optional)

  • 2tbsp oil

  • 1cup milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • add wet ingredients and banana to a blender 

  • Blend

  • Then add dry ingredients and blend until smooth ( don’t over blend )

  • Leave the batter to rest for 10-15 mins

  • Heat pan to medium 

  • Grease with butter 

  • Add a ladle full of batter per pancake

Leave to cook on low flame until bubbles appear on top of the pancake 

  • Flip gently and cook for another 2-3 mins

And that’s it, your fluffy delicious vegetarian pancakes are ready 

  • Serve with your favourite toppings( maple syrup, cream, berry compote, bananas etc)
