TENDER COCONUT ICECREAM(EGGLESS AND WITHOUT ICECREAM MAKER)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1cup tender coconut flesh 

  • ½ cup tender coconut water 

  • 1cup heavy whipping cream 

  • ½ cup condensed milk or sugar 

  • Few small pieces of tender coconut, chopped 

instructions 

  • grind together the coconut flesh and coconut water

Chill the large bowl and whisk. 

  • Whisk  together chilled whipping cream for 2-3 mins 

  • Add condensed milk and whisk again 

  • Add the tender coconut blended mixture

  • Mix well ( whisk again ) 

  • Add the pieces of tender coconut 

  • Pour into a mould and cover 

  • Keep it in freezer for 8-10 hours in an air tight container 

  • Your delicious coconut icecream is ready 

  • Scoop, serve and enjoy
