SAUNF KA SHARBAT

INGREDIENTS

1 cup saunf ( fennel) take 3 parts thick fennel and 1 part fine fennel 

  • 20-22 green cardamon 

  • 10-15 black pepper 

  • 400 gms rock sugar OR sugar

  • 2tsp poppy seeds 

  • Almonds

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Grind the fennel, rock sugar, cardamon, black pepper to a very  fine powder 

  • Sieve the mixture with a strainer 

  • Now add poppy seeds and grind that with the sieved ingredients to a fine powder 

  • That’s it, mix well and store in an airtight container 

  • For serving, add this amazing mix to water(add mint) or milk or any non-dairy milk and enjoy
