SAUNF KA SHARBAT April 8, 2022 Shilpa Anand INGREDIENTS 1 cup saunf ( fennel) take 3 parts thick fennel and 1 part fine fennel 20-22 green cardamon 10-15 black pepper 400 gms rock sugar OR sugar2tsp poppy seeds AlmondsINSTRUCTIONS Grind the fennel, rock sugar, cardamon, black pepper to a very fine powder Sieve the mixture with a strainer Now add poppy seeds and grind that with the sieved ingredients to a fine powder That’s it, mix well and store in an airtight container For serving, add this amazing mix to water(add mint) or milk or any non-dairy milk and enjoy
