RESTAURANT STYLE SCHEZWAN PANEER

INGREDIENTS for paneer marination 

  • 300 gms paneer, cubes

  • 2tbsp maida

  • 2tbsp cornflour

  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1tbsp soya sauce 

  • 1tbsp white vinegar

  • 2tbsp ketchup 

  • Salt to taste 

  • ½ tsp black pepper powder 

  • 1tbsp schezwan sauce (homemade scezwan sauce recipe shared in another post)

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Mix all the ingredients well 

  • Add paneer and coat well. Add water if needed Rest for 10-15 mins

Deep fry until golden and crisp

INGREDIENTS FOR GRAVY

  • 1tbsp oil

  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste 

  • 1tbsp soya sauce 

  • 1tbsp vinegar

  • 2tbsp schezwan sauce

  • ½ cup water

  • 1tbsp honey 

  • 1onion, cubed

  • 1capsicum, cubed

  • Salt to taste 

  • Black pepper PWD

  • Cornstarch 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Sauté onion cubes and bell pepper cubes with salt and pepper for 1-2 mins 

  • heat oil in kadhai( pan)

  • Add ginger-garlic paste and the leftover paneer masala ( if any) 

  • Mix well 

  • Now add all other ingredients and mix well 

  • Add water and simmer 

  • Add salt 

  • Add onion, capsicum and paneer

Cook 2 mins on high flame 

  • That’s it, your schezwan paneer is ready 

  • Enjoy with fried rice, noodles
