PISTA KAJU LAUJ November 14, 2021 Shilpa Anand INGREDIENTS150 gms pistachios ( soaked overnight and peeled) 100 gms cashew nuts200 gms sugar powder 50 gms milk powder Silver varkh ( optional) 1.5 tbsp ghee INSTRUCTIONS Grind the cashew nuts to a coarse powder Grind pistachios to a coarse paste Heat ghee in a pan Add pistachio paste and fry for 1-2 mins Add powdered sugar Bhunao the mix for few mins Now add cashew powder Add milk powder Bhunao well until ghee leaves sides Add color if desired Cook until a ball forms easily in between your fingers Switch off gas and keep stirring until it dries out completely Now transfer the mix/ dough to a greased surface Roll it out with a rolling pin to desired size Cool completely and add silver varkh cut into square shapes Enjoy this delicious Pista kaju Lauj
