HOKBEN CHICKEN YAKINIKU

This dish is an Indonesian style of chicken Yakiniku and is completely unique.

Hoka Hoka Bento is a well know Japanese chain of restaurants in Indonesia and is also known as Hokben. It was first opened in 1985 and was an integral part of people’s childhood especially those who lived in big cities in Indonesia. The menu there is adapted and modified to adjust to the local people’s taste.

Today’s chicken Yakiniku is my version of the same
