PAAN LADOOS

INGREDIENTS

6-7 paan leaves ( cleaned and chopped)

½ -¾ cup condensed milk 

  • 1.5 cup desiccated coconut

1-2 drops of green food colouring ( optional) 

  • 1-2 tbsp Ghee

  • 1-2 tbsp of milk ( optional) 

INSTRUCTIONS 

GRIND together the leaves and condensed milk

Heat a pan and add 1tbsp ghee 

  • Add coconut and roast for 1min

  • Add the ground paan mix and continuously stir on low flame

Add food colour and continue to stir until it comes together 

  • Add milk 

  • This should take 5-6 mins

Remove and cool the mix 

FOR STUFFING 

  • 3-4 tbsp gulkand

  • 1tbsp chopped almonds

  • 1tbsp chopped cashew nuts 

  • 1tbsp green saunf 

  • 1tbsp tutti frutti or cherries( chopped )

  • Few rose petals 

  • ½ tsp cardamom powder 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR STUFFING

mix everything well 

LET’S MAKE LADOOS

use little ghee on your palm 

  • Take a small portioned the paan mix and flatten it 

  • Fill stuffing and close on all sides to form a ball or ladoo

Roll in dessicated coconut

  • Garnish with candied cherry

  • And that’s it , your super easy and very delicious paan ladoos are ready
