LAHORI KALE CHANE KA SALAN SMALL BLACK CHICKPEAS CURRY

Add water enough to cook Chana

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add Chana into a pressure cooker

  • Add onions, garlic, tomato, red chilli powder, turmeric and salt. Add water enough to cook Chana

Pressure cook for 1-2 whistle and then low flame for around 10-15 mins.Cook the pressure cooker before opening itCheck if Chana has cooked

I’ve transferred the Chana to kadhai as my pressure cooker is small. Add black pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger and green chilli paste.
