Maharashtrian spicy egg curry ( with broken raw eggs instead of boiled eggs) INGREDIENTS 4eggs, raw 1small onion , chopped ½ cup Kanda khobra garam masala( Vatan masala) 1cup coriander leaves2tsp red chilli powder (Shilpa’s Masala Mill Everyday Masala)¼ tsp turmeric powder2 tbsp OilSalt to taste Pinch of sugar to taste Hot water InstructionsGrind the Kanda khobra garam masala with coriander into a fine  paste

Instructions

  • Grind the Kanda khobra garam masala with coriander into a fine  paste

Heat oil in a panAdd onion and sauté for few mins Add the chilli powder, turmeric and fry for a min on low flame
  • Heat oil in a pan

Add the prepared ground paste

Fry on low medium heat until aromatic

Add hot water and salt. Mix well and let it come to a boil

Lower the flame and break raw eggs directly into curry

Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 mins
