INGREDIENTS 1cup matki ( moth beans), soaked and sprouted 2onions, chopped1tomato,chopped 4-5 tbsp garlic, ginger and dried coconut paste ¼ tsp turmeric powder2tbsp Shilpa’s Masala Mill Usal-misal masala 1tbsp onion garlic masala Salt to taste Oil Cumin seeds Pinch of hingSmall piece of jaggery ( optional) Coriander for garnish INSTRUCTIONSheat oil in a pan Add cumin seeds and hing Add onion and fry add tomato and fry for few more mins add the powdered masalas and the dried coconut paste Continue to fry ( add little water if masala starts to burn) Add matki and mix well

  • Add matki and mix well

Add salt 

  • Add hot water and cover and cook for 15 mins or until matki cooks

Adjust seasoning 

  • That’s it, your delicious Matki Cha Rassa is ready 

  • Enjoy with chapatis, rice, bhakri
