HEALTHY OATS OMELETTE

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 eggs Eggs

  • 3-4 tsp oats , soaked in milk for 10-15 mins 

  • 2-3 tsp Chopped onions

  • 1green chilli , chopped

  • 1-2 tsp carrot, finely chopped

  • 1-2 tsp capsicum , chopped

  • 2 tsp spinach chopped

  • 1-2 tsp tomatoes 

  • Milk 

  • Salt and pepper to taste 

  • Chilli powder ( optional) 

  • 1tsp spring onion 

  • Coriander leaves 

  • Ghee for frying 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • Mix everything together and whisk well

Heat ghee in pan 

  • Pour the mixture into the pan

Cover and cook for about 5-7 mins on that side

  • Gently flip over and cook for another 2-3 mins

Serve hot with toast , ketchup and chutney
