FLOWER BATATA RASSA - Maharashtrian CAULIFLOWER AND POTATO CURRY January 18, 2022 Shilpa Anand Ingredients 180-200 gms cauliflower florets, washed and cut 1potato, peeled and cut¼ cup green peas 5-6 cloves of garlic ¼ cup grated coconut 1inch ginger 6-7 curry leaves2-3 green chillies1 tomato, cut 1-2 onions, sliced Small bunch of coriander leaves½ tsp mustard seeds½ tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp turmeric powderPinch of Hing1-2 tbsp Shilpas Masala mill everyday masala ½ tsp Shilpas Masala mill Special garam masala Salt to taste Oil INSTRUCTIONS Grind together grated coconut, coriander, green chillies, ginger and garlic to a fine pasteHeat oil in a kadhai Add mustard, cumin, curry leaves and onion Add hing and fry for a few minutes until translucent Add all dry masala powders and fry for a few minutesAdd the ground coconut paste Fry this until oil separates on surface Add cauliflower, peas and potato Mix well Add garam masala and little coriander leaves Add hot water and simmer covered for around 5-6 minutes Now add tomato and adjust salt Now continue to cook it covered for another 10 mins that's it, your tasty Flower Batata Rassa is ready Enjoy SPICE LEVEL:🌶🌶
