Use hand electric mixer Add khoya Whisk for 2 mins Add eggs one at a time and whisk the mix for 1min Add baking powder and pinch of salt Now add flour Mix everything with a spatula first and then use the hand mixer Add milk and whisk until everything combines Add cardamom powder and a few chopped nuts and mix Transfer to a cake pan Top off with almond and pistachios Bake at 180 c Enjoy Shilpa Anand
