(Vada pav chutney)

INGREDIENTS 

  • 10-12 dry red chillies( I’ve mixed Kashmiri and byadgi chillies) 

  • 12-15 pods of garlic ( unpeeled) 

  • Pinch of hing 

  • 2-3 tbsp Sev or chivda or boondi 

  • 2tbsp Roasted Peanuts 

  • ¼ cup Dry coconut 

  • Red chilli powder 

  • Salt to taste 

  • Pinch of chaat masala ( if using chivda no need to add this ) 

  • (Red Chilli: garlic is 1:2 ratio)

INSTRUCTIONS 

DRY roast the red chillies( no oil )

Roast for only a min 

  • Dry roast coconut, peanuts and garlic for 2-3 mins

Cool all ingredients 

  • Dry grind all the ingredients 

  • Lastly add hing, red chilli powder and sev or chivda 

  • And grind again for less than a min

That’s it, your tasty and spicy Dry garlic chutney is ready

Enjoy with Bhajiyas, vadas, parathas ( endless options… I eat it with bhakris too
