Garlic, curry leaves Add onions and cook until 40% done Add tomatoes and sauté Add turmeric powder, salt Add coriander leaves and mint leaves( optional) Add chilli powder and sauté for a minute Cool the mix and grind it to fine paste Add water if requiredHeat oil in tadka pan and add urad dal, red fry chillies, curry leaves and mustard seeds Once they splutter add the chutney to it and sauté for a minute until everything combines That’s it , your authentic Kaara chutney is ready Enjoy with crisp dosas SPICE LEVEL:🌶🌶🌶
