Water 1 cup Sugar1cup water Food colours as desiredFood essences as desired INSTRUCTIONS boil the chopped  papaya for 5-7 mins until 50% done and slightly translucent

Add sugar and 1cup water to a pan and boil until sugar dissolves Add the boiled papaya to it and cover and simmer for 10-15 mins until sugar syrup reduces in quantity

Remove from fire and divide into 3 bowls At this point, you can add your favourite colour and essence to each bowl to stain the cooked papaya.mix well
