BAKED KOBICHE BHANOLE April 18, 2021 Shilpa Anand INGREDIENTS 1.5-2 cups cabbage, finely chopped 1cup onion, finely chopped2green chillies, choppedCoriander leaves, chopped 2-3 tbsp fresh grated coconut ½ tsp turmeric powder 2tsp red chilli powder 1tbsp Shilpa’s Masala Mill Special Garam masala 1tbsp roasted cumin-coriander powder 2tsp of ginger garlic paste Salt to taste 1-2 tbsp rice flour 2 cups besan 2tbsp oil 1tsp hing 1cup Coconut milk ½ tsp Sugar( optional ) ½ tsp Baking soda INSTRUCTIONS mix all ingredients in a big mixing bowl Consistency should be runny Mix well and let it rest for 15 mins Preheat oven at 350f or 180c Pour batter in a greased baking dish and bake for 20-30 mins Check done by toothpick technique Remove,cool, cut into squares Now u can shallow or deep fry these squares till crisp and brown Serve hot with chutney, ketchup and chai Enjoy!SPICE LEVEL:🌶🌶
