INGREDIENTS:

• Ginger

• Curry leaves

• Kalonji (onion seeds)

• Methi seeds

INSTRUCTIONS:

1) Boil all of the ingredients in 1 cup of water on low flame

2) Reduce the liquid

3) Cool and strain it and you’re done!

You can transfer it into a spray bottle and spray it on your scalp every night before going to bed.
