HEALTHY VEGETARIAN AVOCADO SANDWICH

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1ripe avocado

  • Salt and pepper 

  • Bunch Coriander Leaves, chopped

  • ½ Onion, chopped

  • 1tsp Garlic, chopped

  • 1tsp lemon juice 

  • 3 slices of bread 

  • 2-3 tbsp green sandwich chutney 

  • 2-3 slices of tomato 

  • Few slices of coloured capsicum ( I only used green) 

  • Few cucumber slices 

  • 1tsp chilli flakes( optional) 

  • ½ tsp mixed herbs

  • ½ tsp chaat masala 

  • Butter for toasting bread 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  • MASH avocado in a bowl

  • Add salt, coriander leaves, garlic,lemon juice,onion,black pepper and mix well. Your Avocado mix is ready 

  • Take 3slices  of bread and smear sandwich chutney on it.

Put 1-2 tsp avocado mix on first slice

Add capsicum slices on it and add chilli flakes and mixed herbs and chaat masala on top

Close sandwich with second slice of bread 

  • Now layer with cucumbers and tomato slices . Top of with sprinkle of mixed herbs, chaat masala and chilli flakes

Close sandwich with the 3 rd slice of bread 

  • Now toast the sandwich with butter on hot griddle or tavaa

That’s it, your healthy and delicious Avocado sandwich is ready in less than 15 mins

Remove, cut and enjoy
