ANDA METHI MALAI MASALA March 25, 2022 Shilpa Anand INGREDIENTS 1 bunch methi, washed and cut 1-2 onions, chopped 1-2 tomatoes chopped 8-9 eggs,boiled 2 tbsp dahi Milk Cream 1 whole bulb of garlic 1-inch ginger 6-7 green chillies 1 tbsp char magaz1 tbsp almonds1 tbsp cashews1-2 Cinnamon sticks¼ tsp Black pepper 3-4 Green Cardamon 1 tbsp Coriander seeds 1 tsp Cumin seeds 4-5 cloves Salt to taste Oil INSTRUCTIONSheat oil in a kadhai add nuts, whole spices, ginger, garlic and fry for 1-2 minutes Add onions and fry for 7-8 minutes Now add tomatoes and continue to fry for 4-5 minutes Cool and grind to a fine paste Heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a kadhai Add the ground paste and fry Add salt Continue to bhunao the masala on a higher flame for 4-5 minutesAdd dahi and cream Bhunao the masala well Cover and cook the masala for a few minutes Add milk and simmer for 2-3 minutesAdd the methi leaves and mix well Add boiled eggs and simmer for 3-4 minutes And that’s it, your easy and delicious Anda Methi Malai is ready Serve hot with rotis,rice, jeera rice SPICE LEVEL:🌶
