  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped 

  • 1-2 tbsp grated fresh coconut 

  • Salt to taste

  • Pinch of sugar( optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • rinse the quinoa a few times to remove bitterness. Soak the quinoa for 15-20 mins. Then cook the quinoa with water( 1:2 ratio, just like rice. Keep aside

Add peanuts, turmeric, salt, and sugar Fry for 1-2 mins Add quinoa and mix well

Adjust seasoning and that’s it, your healthy quinoa poha is ready Garnish with coriander leaves, grated coconut, and a slice of lemon.
